Note is around $3.9M with Colony Capital and would need to be
assumed. There is a strong prepayment penalty. I am pretty sure
rate is in the mid 5% range and has about 4 more years on the note.
Probably could pick up at$5.4M to $5.5M if assume the note which leaves a
spread of approximately 1.5M cash needed to close the houses. There is most
likely a no debt clause in the note so could not get a second.
